Hello Modest Needs,
I'm Debbie McKnight, a senior at Westview High School, who is getting ready for college. My mom is a single mom with five kids and its really hard for us. I'll be the first in my family to go to a college :) And with college comes writing tons of essays for scholarships, as that is the only way I will be able to attend college. One of my essay topics, which cannot be longer than 500 words, unfortunately, is if I inherited one million dollars and had to give the entire sum to one charity, who would it be and why. Well, I picked you guys. I guess its not that important and I havent actually started writing it yet, but I just wanted to say that what you guys are doing is incredibly awesome. I just wanted to say that this organazation stuck to me after researching what organizations I would actually donate too. It is truly miraculous, all the things you guys have been doing. And when I really DO get that million dollars, it will go to you guys, DECA promise. Thank you once again for having such a brilliant organization and caring so much for less fortunate people. I am truly touched.
Sincerely,
Debbie
