I also took note of the organization via the AOL feature and signed up for a monthly donation. The beauty of that is the $$ donation is matched through a corporate grant. The compassion for humanity that Modest Needs exhibit is what this world needs.

And I am ALSO hoping you see more site traffic and donations! I am that above named blogger and have NOT stopped talking about your website and its work all day today...I seriously JUST got off the phone with a friend of mine, trying to encourage her to take a look at what you are doing. I believe we ALL want to feel that sense of connectedness to others and your program offers that wonderful directness. It's one thing to throw money to a big organization and "hope" your check doesn't just go to pay their advertising or CEO's salary...it's entirely ANOTHER thing to donate directly to another person in need and KNOW they are receiving.

Thank you so much for the work you are doing...you have truly touched a nerve in me (and I have MS, so I have very few myelinated nerves left to touch...LOL)
